Bike Rides, Bananas and Bath's
So I did two things of note today. Rode my bike (5 miles total) and I ate a banana. Right now I'm not sure which is making me feel worse. I've liked bananas from a young age but it seems that they give me bad stomach aches. I had one at work last week and I was fine. No ill effects. Today however it seems I'm back to feeling terrible after eating a banana. ::frown::
It could be the bike ride though. I'm really out of shape and this ride had more hills than I'm used to. It was too cold / I was too lazy to hook up the bike rack and drive to the bike path in Bristol. So I did Main Rd. which is sandy, has heavy traffic, and hills. I had to stop a few times on the way back because I was too tired. Not a good sign.
In either case I feel pretty wiped out and I would LOVE a bath but I'm far too big for my bath tub and our furnace can't keep the temp up when I fill the tub. It's too much water too quickly. I need one of those olds tyme bath tubes that is huge and doesn't have a safety spill over hole 1/2 way up. Or maybe just a hot tub.
