Well 17 minutes of jogging isn't bad. Though I need to work on the route. I went down williams towards the park, but then I chicked out and thought heading towards WPI would be "safer" so I went down West and of course had to stop at the light. Then up West to WPI, the up-hill part wasn't too bad, one lap around the quad then back again. I still think getting the treadmil in my apart would be better, less dangerous, less issues with weather. But Then again I'd have to get it up here from RI. Mike and I would have to clean up that spare room. Although, if I ask mom and dad for it, they just might think twice about letting it go, and maybe just maybe they'll use it. Probably not. Oh well. Breakfast time.

There was no jogging today, nor shall there be any jogging tomorrow. At least not in the early morning. I have school issues that simply have to take priority.
Speaking of school. My two exams went well today. The Semi exam was ok, the 2801 exam was a cake walk.
Everyone cross your fingers and hope my homework isn't due tomorrow. I did 8/10 problems so even if it is due tomorrow it won't be bad, but having it due thursday would be so much better.


NOTE: Its really early so by tomorrow I mean, later today.

Ok so the plans to jog today got canned. BUT before you ney say, I have good reason. I over did it yesterday and now my calves hurt. Not only that but because my ankles don't work right after I "over do it" my feet make that annoying flopping sound when I walk. Tomorrow! there is always tomorrow.

ECE test sucked. Really badly.

so yeah this Monday has been "splendid."

Jogging Day 1

So today I decided to start a jogging regimen. It seems I also decided to forget everything I used to do on my treatmill at home. I used to start off with 2 minutes of nice slow walking. Then 2 minutes of brisk pace walking. 4 minutes of jogging and anyway from 2 to 4 minutes of running. (4 was always the goal, 2 was more often then not what I did.) Then reverse it. So 4 minute sof jogging, and 2 each of brisk and slow walking. I did this because I know it was better for me to ease into a workout then to hit it head on.
Well today I forgot all that and started jogging the first step out the door. 2 minutes and 13 seconds later I wanted to collapse. So I did on-off walking jogging (way more walking than jogging) for the rest of my twenty minutes. The good news is I made it most of the way around Elm Park.
We'll see how well this works tomorrow monring. (Or if it works at all.)
